We provide a French traditional 'a la carte' and semi-gastronomic dishes on the black board (all our produces are fresh and source locally). Le Petit Cafe, which is open from 8am till late, offers breakfast, express lunch, after work drinks and typical continental finger food. We do run a very busy place; that's why we are looking m/f for highly motivated and dedicated staff for the following positions :
* second chef- sous-chef : very good knowledge of french cooking, minimum of 2 years experience as sous-chef, very hard-working and dynamic person, excellent organisation, creativity, able to manage a team of 7 persons
*chef de partie tournant : good knowledge of French cooking, minimum of 2 years experience, excellent organization, creativity.
*waiter(ress) : experience in 'Brasserie de Luxe', good level of English, knowledges of sommelerie
We are ONLY looking for very serious candidates, passionate about food and wine, very good presentation, able to work on their own initiative if necessary.
We offer : good wages with bonus at the end of the contract, tips, accommodation (house to share with the rest of the team, kitchen, washing machine, wifi...), 2 days off per week. We will help you when you arrive to fill in the declaration for the tax office and the social security. The work permit is at the charge of the applicant. Very Friendly atmosphere within the team.
